The 8 core principles

Written down, applied everywhere.

These principles were shaped over years of real events and real collaborations. When a product or community decision is hard, this list settles it.

    Real relationships over vanity metrics

    No public likes, follower counts, popularity leaderboards, or creator rankings. Value is measured by the depth and stability of real-world collaboration, not digital numbers.

  2. Principle 2

    Useful products over hype

    AI makes building software cheap. We value simple, validated projects that solve actual problems over complex prototypes built purely for pitch stages.

  3. Principle 3

    Validation over assumptions

    A project is ready to continue only when real people have confirmed it is useful — through conversations, live tests, and honest feedback, not assumptions.

  4. Principle 4

    Offline-first community

    Digital tools exist to guide people into physical, real-world gatherings — lunches, vibecoding challenges, workshops, and retreats — not to replace them.

  5. Principle 5

    AI as augmentation

    AI helps transcribe, summarize, and suggest. It does not replace human creators, and it does not make autonomous decisions about people.

  6. Principle 6

    Preserve trust

    Profiles, registrations, and private collaborations are private by default. Nothing about you becomes public without your consent.

  7. Principle 7

    Long-term thinking

    We prioritize repeatable rituals and sustainable operations over short-term growth hacks or speculative gamification.

  8. Principle 8

    Documentation as institutional memory

    Decisions, pivots, and lessons are written down and preserved. The history of how the ecosystem evolved is an asset for everyone who joins it.
